Raibnya Devisa Negara di era Pemerintahan Reformasi.

Dengan tumbangnya masa Pemerintahan ORBA,maka lahirlah Era Reformasi yang merupakan harapan Rakyat Indonesia agar terciptanya peningkatan tarap hidup yang lebih baik/meningkatnya kesejahteraan Rakyat,pengentasan kemiskinan.Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya di Era Reformasi kesejahteraan Rakyat tidak maksimal ,bahkan bisa di kategorikan memburuk.Padahal Indonesia adalah Negara yang kaya memiliki sumber daya alam yang berlimpah.Apabila sumber daya alam ini di kelola dengan baik oleh Pemerintah dan di maksimalkan untuk kesejahteraan Rakyat,maka tidak akan ada lagi yang namanya kemiskinan di Indonesia.Yang ada selama ini Rakyat Indonesia di ibaratkan seperti ayam mati di lumbung padi.Kekayaan hanya di miliki oleh kelompok kelompok tertentu yang tampaknya masih mewarisi cara cara Pemerintahan di era ORBA seperti praktek korupsi,kolusi dan nepotisme masih terjadi.Jumlah Penduduk Indonesia sebanyak 237 juta Jiwa dan setiap tahun bertambah sebanyak 3 juta Jiwa,bagaimanakah nasib anak Negeri ini selanjutnya? Seperti kata pepatah selamat dari mulut macan kurap masuk kemulut buaya buntung.
Begitu juga halnya dengan devisa Negara yang tidak bertambah,sejak Pemerintahan reformasi 13 tahun yang lalu.Hal ini patut untuk di pertanyakan karena tidak transparannya Pemerintah.
Sumber devisa:
1.Pinjaman atau hutang luar Negeri
2.Hadiah,bantuan atau sumbangan luar Negeri.
3.Penerimaan deviden serta bunga dari luar Negeri.
4.Hasil export barang dan jasa.
5.Kiriman valuta asing dari luar Negeri.
6.Wisatawan yang belanja dalam Negeri.
7.DLL.
Yang menjadi pertanyaan bagi kami sebagai rakyat Indonesia apakah bea atau pajak dari tempat-tempat protitusi (bisnis sex/lender ini yang membuat Negara tidak barokah/berkah), pabrik minuman keras, perjudian, tenaga kerja Indonesia(TKI), jasa sewa jalan tol, iklan telivisi, Bank Swasta, maskapai penerbangan dan para turis, PBB dan PPN 2,5-20 persen dll. Ini semua larinya kemana………?? Dana itu memiliki kakikah bisa sembunyi ya ajak aja main petak umpet, seperti buaya buntung 
Fungsi devisa:
1.Sebagai alat pembayaran hutang luar Negeri.
2.Alat transaksi pembayaran bunga dan jasa luar Negeri.
3.Alat transaksi pembiayaan hubungan dengan luar Negeri seperti Kedutaan,misi Budaya,hadiah,bantuan dll.
4.Sebagai sumber pendapatan Negara.
Nilai export Negara Indonesia 77 milyard USD /tahun,import 52 milyard USD/tahun, kalau di hitung devisa bertambah sekitar 25 milyard USD/tahunnya.Jadi seharusnya devisa selama Reformasi 13 tahun adalah 325 milyard USD tapi kenyataannya devisa Kita tidak bertambah.Jadi kemanakah devisa Kita selama ini?

Terlalu lamanya seorang Penguasa menjadi seorang Pemimpin atau Presiden di suatu Negara secara berangsur angsur bisa merubah sifat seseorang menjadi Diktator.Penguasa diktator yaitu Penguasa yang memiliki kekuasaan yang absolut/mutlak kekuasaan yang bisa di peroleh melalui kekerasan atau kudeta dengan cara yang tidak demokratis.Seorang pemimpin Negara yang memerintah secara otoriter atau tirani akan menindas Rakyatnya yang tentunya akan sangat merugikan Rakyat itu sendiri.Pada Pemerintahan diktator akan terjadi korupsi,kolusi dan nepotisme,sedangkan Rakyat terpuruk dalam kemiskinan.Para Pemimpin diktator hanya memikirkan kepentingan pribadinya saja.
Dengan tumbuh suburnya korupsi mengakibatkan kerugian di Pihak Rakyat yaitu angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran sangat tinggi.Masalah utamanya adalah bobroknya mental sang Pemimpin itu sendiri dan gagal untuk menjadi seorang Pemimpin yang adil dan bijaksana.Tingkah laku dan perbuatan Pemimpin yang seperti ini akan secara langsung menghancurkan integritas dan posisi kepemimpinannya di mata Rakyat.Sehingga tidaklah salah apabila suatu hari akan terjadi revolusi oleh Rakyat.
Faktor usia yang sudah uzur juga berpengaruh dalam hal kepemimpinan seseorang karena secara akal dan fisik, pola pikirnya akan semakin lemah/pikun.Pemimpin yang baik memiliki sifat adil dan bijaksana serta lebih memperhatikan kepentingan Rakyat di bandingkan dengan kepentingan pribadinya juga sebaiknya para pembantu Presiden( Menteri )di beri posisi dan porsi yang sesuai dengan kemampuan/skill masing masing sebagai salah satu contoh Menteri Pertanian tapi sarjana S2 di bidang ekonomi.
Secara umum sifat sifat yang harus di miliki oleh seorang Pemimpin:
Adil di segala bidang misalnya dalam pembagian subsidi yang rata,di bidang hukum,raskin,pemerataan pembangunan di seluruh wilayah daerah Indonesia dllnya.
Rofiq adalah dapat bersosialissasi akrab dengan siapapun tidak pandang bulu atau pilih kasih pada siapapun golongan atau partai,suku,agama dan ras.
Muchsin adalah memberi contoh atau mempraktekan dalam perbuatan yang baik,jadi jangan teori saja tapi dalam prakteknya sesuai baiknya dengan ucapannya.
Mujhid adalah berperilaku hemat contonya dalam pengeluaran anggaran Negara tahu mana yang harus di gunakan dan itupun untuk kepentingan Rakyat.Tidak neko neko,glamour sedangkan Rakyat menjerit.Memiliki managemen keuangan yang baik.
Amanah adalah dapat di percaya ucapannya,perbuatannya ketika menjabat sebagai Pemimpin,sebagai contoh banyak terjadinya korupsi oleh Pejabat pajak untuk kepentingan pribadinya.Jika uang pajak di kelola dengan jujur dan maksimal niscaya di Indonesia tidak akan ada lagi yang namanya Pengemis,Pengangguran,Gelandangan,Tuna wisma dll.
Fatonah adalah cerdas,cendekiawan,ulet,cekatan,tanggap dan sigap.
Tabliq adalah dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan baik,benar dan transparan sebagai contoh Anggaran Negara,Devisa Negara.
Sidik adalah baik dan bijaksana tidak mudah emosi,tidak egois akan kepentingan dan harga dirinya sendiri.
Pemimpin itu sebenarnya adalah pelayan Masyarakat yang mengemban tugas untuk menjalankan amanah Rakyat,aspirasi dari Rakyat.Adanya Presiden itu adalah karena adanya Rakyat(di pilih oleh Rakyat).

Kehidupan Rakyat semakin terhimpit dan terbeban oleh kemiskinan yang sangat jauh dari kehidupan yang sejahtera dan layak di tambah lagi dengan naiknya harga sembako,obat,biaya pendidikan yang mahal. Tidak adanya lapangan pekerjaan,korban PHK yang akhirnya semakin menambah daftar panjang penganguran sementara kebutuhan dan tuntutan hidup harus tetap di penuhi. Bagaimana dengan janji janji Pemerintah untuk menghapus kemiskinan yang sampai sekarang tidak terealisasi? Kapankah Rakyat bisa hidup makmur dan sejahtera kalau para Penguasa hanya memikirkan kepentingan pribadinya saja. Dan tentu saja semua ini akan berdampak negatip terhadap pendidikan Anak anak usia wajib sekolah,Mereka tidak mampu untuk melanjutkan sekolah atau pendidikannya akibat tidak adanya biaya apalagi biaya pendidikan sekarang mahal,seharusnya Pemerintah membebaskan biaya pendidikan untuk anak-anak yang tidak mampu. Bagaimana dengan masa depan dan nasib Anak anak Bangsa Negeri ini sebagai generasi penerus Bangsa dan Negara. Sebagai akibat tidak adanya pendidikan banyak Anak anak yang akhirnya menjadi pengamen dan Anak jalanan serta pengemis yang tentu saja akhirnya berdampak buruk untuk kejiwaan dan perilaku mereka. Seperti Kita ketahui para Premanisme setelah di selidiki kebanyakan berasal dari Pengamen atau Anak jalanan yang bisa di ambil kesimpulannya sebagai akibat tidak adanya Pendidikan (kebodohan) dan tidak memahami agama yang minim,serta himpitan Ekonomi. KAPOLRI Jend.Pol.Bambang Hendarso Danuri telah melakukan gebrakan Ia menyatakan perang terhadap Premanisme, tapi banyak yang sangsi akan keberhasilannya. Pada saat Polisi kehabisan tenaga untuk memberantas Premanisme, Maka saat itu juga akan muncul Premanisme di Indonesia dengan skala yang lebih mengkhawatirkan dan bisa saja kejahatan yang akan di lakukan lebih parah yang akan meresahkan Masyarakat menyebabkan hukum sulit di tegakkan ,keadilan hak Warga Negara juga sulit di tegakkan, jika Mereka di biarkan berkembang untuk itu perlu di pikirkan cara mengatasi Premanisme di Indonesia. Adanya ide dari Pemerintah untuk menerapkan sistem perekonomian kapitalisme di Indonesia hal ini menimbulkan banyak protes dari Rakyat Indonesia mengapa demikian? Kelemahan sistem perekonomian kapitalis. Kapitalis berasal dari kata capital yang berarti modal. Di dalam sistem kapitalis kekuasaan tertinggi di pegang oleh Pemilik modal dalam suatu Perusahaan merupakan Para Pemegang saham. Dalam sistem yang berlaku keuntungan Perusahaan hanya dapat di nikmati Para Pemegang saham dan tidak mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan Karyawan atau Buruh. Jadi sebaiknya Pemerintahan Indonesia tidak menganut sistem perekonomian kapitalis. Yang kaya makin kaya, yang miskin makin miskin dan bodoh. Sehingga kelak akan berdampak negative di antaranya tidak meratanya pendidikan karena terbatasnya biaya. Maka dari itu marilah kita bersama-sama sebagai warga negara indonesia yang baik mencoba untuk peduli akan lingkungan sekitar kita, sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan dan agama( pelajari sesuai kepercayaannya masing-masing, fahami, renungkan dan amalkan) memiliki sifat tanggung jawab(amanah).
